Welcome to the Stuart School of Business at Illinois Institute of Technology!

Please complete this registration form as an indication of your intent to attend the Stuart Pre-term Academic and Career Essentials Program (Stuart Pre-term). Stuart Pre-term is designed to provide you with information and strategies that will help you successfully adjust to any social, cultural, or academic challenges that may arise during your graduate studies.

As a reminder, all full- and part-time graduate students (domestic and international) are required to Stuart Pre-term; all full-time graduate students (domestic and international) are required to Illinois Tech Graduate Student Orientation, Advising, and Registration (SOAR) ; and all full-time international graduate students are required to attend International Center (I-Center) SOAR.

Full-time graduate students should arrive on or before Monday, August 12, so that they can finalize their living arrangements and participate fully in all arrival, SOAR, and Pre-term events.

August 13, 2019 - Illinois Tech Graduate SOAR and International Center SOAR (required for international students)
August 14 & 15, 2019 - Stuart Pre-term Program (required for full- and part-time domestic and international students)

Early On-Campus Move In Option

Any full-time domestic or international student opting to live in on-campus housing has the option to move into their residence hall before August 12. If you are interested in moving in early, you must complete the Early Arrival Form.
