We are so excited you're participating in the 2024 UC San Diego Student Well Fest!

Now, how does it work?!

Step 1: Fill in your information.
Step 2: Visit the the tables in the Resource Fair, engage with Resource Spotlights, and/or participate in an activity at the Connection Cove. After your engagement, the representative of that resource/activity will give you a code word.
Step 3: Submit the unique code word for the resource/activity.
Step 4: Once you are finished step 1-3, then you'll submit this form and go to the Student Well Fest Giveaway table to confirm your participation and collect your prizes.
Step 5: Look out for a post-assessment survey after the event!
