# As this is a silent retreat, the use of Mobile phones during the retreat is prohibited. Phones will be collected on first day and will be returned on last day of retreat. Contact number will be available so you can be contacted by family members in case of emergency.
# The retreat cost's for accommodation and food for 10 days is  Rs 5000/-
# Sangha offers the guidance and instruction freely. Donations (Dana) are welcome and necessary to further our ability to lead retreats. We also need donations for travel cost for the Sangha.
