Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer with Heart-Centered Leadership Foundation (HCLF).

HCLF aims to inspire and empower youth to strengthen their character so that they are able to participate in a modern world and give back to the community. We do this through fun, engaging and interactive activities that provide youth the opportunity to learn more about who they are, what they want to achieve and what their abilities are.

To do our 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩 work we rely on the support of volunteers who help in many ways:
- 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭-𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬: one of the pillars of our heart work, as a HCIC you will assist in our activities, facilitate small groups, guide youth in carrying out projects, and become buddies for other youth.
- 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦: volunteers who play an equally important role and assist in many other creative ways, for example by guiding small groups during our Impact Cafés, or helping us prepare for activities by doing ‘behind the scenes’ work.

We prepare and support you in your role as Heart-Centered Impact Coach or Heart Team.
