Theme:" Consolidating and Sustaining Human Rights Culture into the Future"

Registration will begin this Dec. 6, 2023 and  end in Dec. 9, 2023.

MECHANICS:

1. Only 16 to 20 years old of age are allowed to participate in this event.
2. The Participants can use any coloring medium and markers for their piece.
3. The Participants are encourage to bring their own coloring materials. Only 1/4 Illustration Boards are provided by the event.
4. The Piece must be in line with the International Human Rights Day 2023 theme.
5. Plagiarism is strictly discourage and can result to disqualification.
6. The Participants must complete their artworks within 3 hours only.
7.  Presentation of their Artworks with brief explanation will be done after the 3 hours duration.
8.  All  Participants must Register online in the G form provided: Please bring any document or id that serves as a proof that your age is accurate for onsite confirmation.

9. If the participant failed to register online and will only register in Onsite Registration, they must bring their own 1/4 illustration board to participate.
