Guidelines for Workshop
1. Please be seated 10 minutes early as we will start on time. Latecomers may not be allowed in class.

2. The practice should be done on an Light stomach condition 
     That means, leave a gap of at least:
     # 2.5 hours after a full meal
     # 1.5 hours after a snack like a fruit or a few biscuits/crackers
     # 1 hours after a beverage like tea, coffee, or anything other than water.
         You can drink water at any time.
3. Wear Loose and comfortable clothing.

Offered Fees only € 20 !
Our workshop modules are designed is such a way that once you finish the program you are independent. 
You don't need a monthly Yoga studio subscription or daily guidance from instructor, all you need is a space of 2 X 2 meters anywhere ! 
So it is a one time investment of your precious time and money. We will provide a 40 days of support after the workshop to regularize your practices and also correction sessions are being conducted time to time for refinement. Also we will be available 24x7 for any queries in this journey of self transformation with you 🙏
