This form is for use by families who live within Norman's attendance boundaries but do not live within the attendance boundary for the Norman school they wish to attend.  Proof of residence is required at enrollment.

A separate transfer form is required for each child requesting a transfer.

Transfers are approved or denied based on student’s standing (attendance and behavior), enrollment numbers, and space available at the site requested. You will be notified by email when a transfer decision is made.
