To accept your invitation, please submit this form and pay the $3,000 entry fee by no later than February 24.  Fees are payable via check (preferred) or credit card (contact the club manager, Stacy@tcyc.org | 281-339-1567), instructions below, or by sending completed hard copy of the entry form attached to the Notice of Race (NOR). Entries are not valid until the registration fee has been paid.
