As a member of the Rainbow Pines, understand that any information (written, verbal or otherwise) obtained during the attendance of meetings or events in relation to the Rainbow Pines must remain confidential. This includes any and all information about members identity, sexual orientation, and shared experiences, as well as any other information otherwise marked or known to be confidential. I will strive to uphold Rainbow Pine’s goal of preserving gender identities as well as maintaining an open and safe discussion place for genderqueer and queer oriented students. I understand that any unauthorized release or carelessness in the handling of this confidential information is considered a breach of the duty to maintain confidentiality. I further understand that any breach of the duty to maintain confidentiality will be grounds for immediate dismissal of the club and possible liability in further action taken by Douglass Residential College and Rutgers University.
