Bully Free & Self Defense Seminar w/ WestWind Karate

WestWind's Bully Free seminar aims to help children of all ages overcome the impact of bullying. This program teaches participants awareness, avoidance, and assertiveness.

By attending the Self Defense seminar, participants will learn how to defend themselves in any situation. Using practical and diverse movements and techniques geared to your natural body type, the participant will become skilled at defending themselves from far, middle and close range. This "real world" program teaches skills and confidence to react, conquer and survive.

The cost is $20 per participant

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Based on your student's current age, select which seminar you'd like to attend by checking the box(es)

3. You must check out through the payment page to secure your spot.

-Bully Free Seminar for ages 5-9yr | 5:30-6:30 pm
-Self Defense Class for ages 10 + | 6:30-7:30 pm
