What qualifies as a Vendor?

  • Vendors are local makers, artists, collectors, designers, creators + boutiques.

  • We accept applications from Vendors with: High quality handmade + craft items, Artists, Local boutiques, Vintage or antique collectibles, specialty Kentucky Proud Vendors. Food vendors are allowed with limited availability depending on whether the venue has its own concession.

  • Direct Sales are accepted on a first come/first serve basis (Mary Kay, LulaRoe, It Works, Scentsy, etc.)

  • Vendors will be notified of their acceptance status via email.

  • Set up fee varies depending on the type of vendor/business.  It is normally a flat fee or %

  • You are responsible for the collection of your own sales tax.

  • All payments made to KGF are non-refundable for any reason.
