Application Policy

. Applications for the upcoming Conference in The Netherlands must be submitted via this Google Form.
. Applications can be sent in until 60 days before this Conference starts.

. A SMEI-committee will review all applications.
. We like to build a Conference Team with a wide variety of experience and skills.

. Depending on the number of clients, it will be decided how many therapists are required for this Conference. This number grows with time.

. If a client of yours is signing up for 8 days/6 hrs per day or for 4 days/6 hrs per day, you will be invited to work during the same length of time and dates. Due to logistics a therapist cannot be automatically be invited if their client signs up for half days (3 hrs per day).

We will have 4 lists:

1st line up (Masgutova/Akhmatova Family, total of 6 therapists will be invited),

2nd line up (4 therapists will be invited),

3rd line up (4 therapists will be invited),

4th line up (extra therapists will be invited).

. Applications will be kept on-file until 1 week before the Conference starts.

. Therapists located outside Europe can apply, though we need to have reached a minimum number of 20 fully participating families, before we can invite therapists from outside Europe.
