Restorative Response Baltimore offers training to individuals and organizations who wish to become part of our efforts to provide community conferencing in underserved communities.
Co-facilitated by RRB's Executive Director, Larell Smith-Bacon,  Baltimore City Community Conferencing Director, Andria Cole, and RRB's Community Conferencing Manager, Jade Jones, our highly participatory 16-hour facilitator training combines experiential and didactic learning, and emphasizes both the principles underlying the process, as well as techniques of community conferencing facilitation. Concepts and methods concerning race and equity will also be covered.
