I understand that establishing positive new habits is 500% more likely when supported by an accountability Pod.  I’d do my share to form an effective Pod, so we all benefit from it. *

Daily Check-In:  I’ll check in daily with my Podmates to report: 1) What worked, and 2) What I could’ve done better *

Weekly Pod meeting:  I’ll attend our weekly Pod meetings, having already watched the weekly video over the weekend or on Monday. *

Daily Practices:  I commit to approximately 15 min/day of App-guided practice consisting of: Focus of the Day (2 min), 3 Coach Challenges (2 min each), and 36 PQ reps *

Why this matters: I commit to this intensive practice for the sake of the following benefits/goals personally or professionally:

My Saboteurs will try to discourage and derail my daily practice using the following tricks/lies:
(Tip: you don’t know your Saboteurs fully yet, so just take some guesses:  “I don’t have time,” “I have more important things to do,” “This isn’t working,” “I can’t change,”, etc.)

(Tip: Again, knowing your patterns, take some guesses: “I’m stuck with the wrong Pod members,” “I don’t trust these guys,” “I don’t like to share,” “I’m irritated every time Janet says…,” etc.)
