Showcase Event during Food Truck Throw Down 2024. Payment is due at Theatre Office (818 Main Street) by Wednesday, May 1st, by 2pm.You may drop and envelope in mail slot, no loose checks or cash please!
- Forms of "Art/ Crafts for sale" and/or "Art Services" only for this event.
- Event will be held indoors at the Pioneer Room 1218 9th Street Woodward, Ok
- Provide your own tables, displays, & seating. $25/per 10x10 Booth
- Live "work" encouraged!
- Use backdoor (East Entry Behind Building) to "Load in" ...15 min parking..
- Setup starts at 3pm, Show Starts at 4pm, Cleanup/Takedown no sooner than 8pm please.
- Please invite your Friends, Family & More to Come and shop! This helps promote more sales for you!
- We will send a few Social Media posts to your listed email to help you promote, please watch for them.
- Come ready to be seen and have fun discussions about your passion and works :)
