NONVIOLENT COMMUNICATION FOUNDATIONS TRAINING ~ South Portugal Tour, February 2024 

These trainings in the Language of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and the Art of Effective Listening offer skills, practical tools and insights to deepen, enrich, and transform all of our relationships, whether with loved ones, colleagues or ourselves.

Led by Donal Gannon, certified trainer with the Centre for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC), with assistance from Silja Silbuch, Marina Cervelati, Nadine Helm, Pawel Kukilk and Anita Correia.

Training Tour Schedule

Throughout February 2024, we'll bring these 2 foundational NVC training days on tour across the Algarve and South Alentejo
 
Saturdays:

Sundays: 
EMPATHY MAGIC  ~ The Art of Effective Listening


3rd & 4th: Tavira (Escola do Malhão)

10th & 11th: Lagos (U Vale D'Achada)

17th & 18th: Sao Luis (A Quinta de Lage)
 

You are welcome to join for either day, a full weekend or more. 

​They all start at 10:00, and finish sometime between 17:15 and 17:45.

We truly want to make these trainings available to everyone, regardless of access to money. 

We balance this with the need to sustain ourselves financially and to take care of the amount of resource (including time and attention) our team invests in supporting individuals.

So, these payment options invite the wider network to share the responsibility in giving access to those with less financial abundance.

We offer three prices (per day of training) to choose from depending on your available finances and enthusiasm for this intention:

> Standard 75€

> Supporter 95€

If you can afford and choose to pay at the 'Supporter' price , it helps us to welcome more people to attend while contributing less. 

We do our best to practice what we preach in all aspects of this work, so, true to NVC, these are requests and not demands, thus we are open to dialogue. So, If you can’t afford to pay within this range, please contact us and we will try to work something out.

Once you have submitted this form, we will inform you how to make payment of the full amount OR deposit of half of the total. If you choose the latter, the remaining balance can be paid anytime up until the start of the 1st training you will attend. At which point, you would be requested to pay the balance in cash. 

We will contact you before the training you register for with reference materials, details about venue, travel information, timings and other practical information you’ll need.
Refund and Cancellation Policy

We offer these trainings in order to take steps towards a world that works for all. It requires many hours of organisation and planning. We ensure we have sufficient funds to do this with the following policy:

If you cancel your attendance, we will try to replace you:
- If we do (with or without your help), we will refund you all minus 10% (to cover admin costs)
-  If we don't, you will not be refunded.

You could also consider gifting your place to someone else - there are many people in our network who do not have the funds to attend such trainings, and might be keen to participate.
