Celebrate Fourth of July with Downtown Dover and take your chance at winning this month's Merchant Window Contest! The City of Dover will celebrate Tuesday, July 4th at Legislative Mall with a parade, vendors, and a firework show! Help beautify downtown as the community comes together to celebrate.
