Once you have completed this membership form, a copy is sent to you and our Membership Secretary. He will contact you in due course to discuss your application.

Successful applicants who do not have a handicap will be assessed and given an official club handicap.  The club will expect you to have reached a standard of 105 gross, or better, for the 18 holes.

If applicants have a WHS club handicap this is accepted in accordance with WHS rules.

Respondents will be required to sign in to Google to complete this form. Google account used to complete this form will be used for CCVGC administration purposes, including granting access to members' only area.

CCVGC data protection policy
The club takes its role as the possessor of personal information very seriously. Only personal information essential to the efficient running of the club is available to members. It is clearly necessary for members to contact each other easily. Information concerning email addresses and telephone numbers is made available to members so that they may contact each other. The club itself will never divulge any information about you without your authority. Data such as address, date of birth, medical conditions etc are not available to club members. Email and phone number information is normally updated to members every few months as the membership changes. Other data on the application form remains on paper and is held securely by the Club’s membership secretary.
