FLEX Class Drop / Temporary Hold Request

If you wish to drop a class, you must submit this form to us
prior to the next billing cycle
. Billing cycles occur on the 1st of every month.
For Class Drop Requests received after the 15th of the month to be applied to the following month, a $35 Drop Fee will apply - per class - and automatically be charged to your card-on-file.
Drop Lock: Per our Drop Policy, we do not permit Class Drops for or during the month of June or December (even if you notify us prior to the beginning of June or December)

If we receive your Class Drop Request during the month of May or June, the Class Drop will be effective June 30th. If we receive your Class Drop Request during the month of November or December, the Class Drop will be effective December 31st.
If at any point a student drops
ALL
classes and wishes to re-enroll in the future, the Annual Registration Fee of $99 will be charged when they re-enroll, regardless of when it was initially paid.
Please Note: All previously accrued make-ups are forfeited if you drop all classes at any point.
Temporary Hold Option:
We can place your enrollment on hold for up to a maximum of 2 months, with a Hold Fee of $10 per month - per class - automatically charged to your card-on-file.
You will not be charged any Tuition Fees, Late Drop Fees or Registration Fees during your account's Temporary Hold.
On your requested and agreed upon re-enroll date, we will automatically re-enroll your student into their previous class(es), unless their class(es) are full. Tuition will then be automatically charged to your card-on-file. We will waive the Registration Fee.
If their preferred classes are full when we attempt to re-enroll them, they will be placed on the Waitlist (if applicable) and we will contact you with alternate class options.
By submitting a Temporary Hold Request, you are agreeing to re-enroll on the requested and agreed upon date. If you decide to cancel your Temporary Hold and decline re-enrollment, you will be charged the Late Drop Fee of $35 per class.
Temporary Holds do not apply to Company Classes.
