LESSONS and CALENDAR - Artea guarantees the carrying out of the proposed teaching activity, face to face / online. The lessons are structured for subscriptions of 12 or 24 scheduled meetings (except for the Pilates studio large machines courses) and therefore exclude vacation days. The calendar of lessons is made available on the website www.artea.tn.it
ATTENDANCE - there are three seasons of attendance: autumn, winter and spring season ticket for 1 or 2 lessons per week / study lessons package with large Pilates machines. In this way the student is not bound to attendance and the registration automatically expires without obligation at the end of each season, subject to renewal and reservation of the place for the following season.
There is no recovery of lessons lost due to the absence of the student / cancellation of the cost of the lessons not taken, while recovery is provided in the event that the lesson is skipped due to the absence of the teacher / inability to access the premises. At the request of the student, it will be possible to follow the lesson remotely, live, via ZOOM link occasionally or as the main method chosen by the student. The cost is the same as for face-to-face lessons.
METHOD: the lessons are held in person. In case of temporary impossibility to guarantee the course of the course due to unforeseeable force majeure / ministerial indications, the lessons for the emergency time will instead be conducted remotely;
PAYMENTS - The student or whoever exercises parental authority undertakes to pay the dues in advance, according to the instructions on the school website.
SUBSEQUENT SUBSCRIPTIONS / WITHDRAWAL - Once enrolled in a season of 12/24 lessons, even if the payment is in installments, the student undertakes to attend the course. In order to limit attendance, 15 days before the renewal, the student will be asked if he intends to join the next subscription. In the absence of a reply, the subscription will naturally expire without the need for formal withdrawal.
EXEMPTION OF LIABILITY FOR THINGS AND VALUES OF STUDENTS - with the express exclusion of the applicability of Articles 1783 and following of the Italian Civil Code the Association is not responsible for the loss, theft or deterioration of things or values ​​and personal effects of members brought into the school or the facilities used by the school.
SUPERVISION OF MINORS - The teachers are committed to supervising minors during the hours of activity. Outside of the teaching activity, the Association and its teachers are exempt from any responsibility and from the obligation of surveillance. In particular, this exemption applies when moving from one location to another. We kindly ask you to accompany minors to the entrance of the office.
DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE STUDENT - With the express exclusion of the applicability of Article 2048 of the Italian Civil Code, the Association and its teachers are exempt from the objective applicability referred to in Article 2048 of the Italian Civil Code for damages caused by the student during the time in which their responsibility lies.
INSURANCE - The member is covered by a UISP insurance policy - www.uisp.it

PRIVACY PROTECTION - CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND IMAGES
We inform you that the Data Controller of personal data (e.g. identification, sensitive, legal), as the exclusive delegate of the Association for this task, is Dr. ELISA COLLA pursuant to the D.D.P.R. - EU Regulation 2016/679 and its implementation of the law. The undersigned agrees to the processing of his / her personal data for the performance of all activities instrumental to the achievement of institutional purposes, e.g. the dissemination, also by means of press and television, of information relating to shows, organized competitions and their outcomes. He also agrees to the processing and publication, for institutional purposes only, of photographs and images designed to detect the identity of the undersigned on websites and in all printed publications by the Association, including promotional communications made, for example, through local and national newspapers. The undersigned has the right at any time to request the withdrawal, access, transfer or removal of data held by the Association by contacting the aforementioned Data Controller directly. The undersigned has the right at any time to contact the data protection authority (DPA) to communicate complaints and non-compliances found.
The data will not be transferred directly by the Association outside the EU and we are not aware that the data are involved in automated decision-making processes and that they may influence your choices, behaviors and legal effects. We inform you that the owner of the processing of particular data, as the exclusive person in charge of this task by the Association, is Mrs / Mrs ELISA COLLA pursuant to the G.D.P.R. - EU Regulation 2016/679 and its implementation of the law.
The undersigned consents to the processing of his / her own particular data, declaring that he / she was aware that the same data, e.g. those relating to one's state of health fall within the category of particular data referred to in art. 9 of the G.D.P.R. - EU Regulation 2016/679 and its implementation of the law.
