7 Day retreat in Val de Mose, Portugal
Shika will be hosting the retreat with kambo, hape, medicine music, conscious movement, somatic healing, breathwork, yoni healing, womb healing, plant healing bathings, herbal medicines, cacao ceremony and much more.
The total group will be 8-10 souls for the retreat.
Booking is a first come first serve basis.

Ceremonies are held in the shala and the outdoor Maloca surrounded by the mountains.

Are you ready to step into your truth? This 26-day initiation is a deep dive into the healing practices of the ancient Shipibo lineage through shamanic initation. Immerse yourself in the world of plant healing, while under direct guidance from a renowned Shaman of Peru.
You will undertake an intensive dieta, with one or more Master Plants (in isolation), and establish a life-long connection to the spirits dwelling in the plants. This plays a critical role in the shamanic practice of working with Ayahuasca.
Your 26-day journey will have very limited contact with other participants, only brief visits with teachers and facilitators. Learning the tradition has some facilitation through lectures, workshops, and sharing. However, periods of personal silence and self-reflection play a large role.

Carole Maureen Friesen is the Owner of Heaven & Earth Sanctuary in Costa Rica. Colleen will be leading the Ayahuasca ceremonies, and Carole will be offering her PsychoSomatic therapy teachings for our group to truly embody & integrate the medicine in our bodies & spirit.
The group will be 12 of us in total.

Shika Chika will be offering 2 Kambo session and breath work on our day's off, and participating in ceremonies with offering her medicine music
Learning & Singing the sacred healing songs in community
Bobinsana tea will be offered lightly in your dieta on the off days for deeper integration
1 class by Carole Maureen Friesen on teaching what PsychoSomatic therapy is and how we can use this to integrate the medicine into our bodies
Medicinal plant discussions, and walking the lands to learn about the sacred plants with Colleen & Carole
Group talks to share and illuminate experiences
Movement Classes along wth Breath Work with cacao on day’s off will be offered by Colleen & Shika
Integration Guidance throughout the whole retreat with Colleen
Full Vegan Diet for the Entire Retreat - no eggs, no fish, no dairy or animal products

This is an opportunity to receive full healing treatment from Colleen who is an authentic curandera trained with 16 years experience in the Amazon rainforest and in honour of her Indigenous Elders teachings
The ceremonies will be held in the Malacoa above a beautiful flowing waterfall. It is not required you attend all of the ceremonies, this is up to you, listen to your body & spirit!

Juan Zuniga is Peruvian, he is the Inspiration and Owner Of Novalis. He is in charge of all the daily operations and logistics and oversees community outreach projects. He also holds deep heart-felt space as an assistant guide in plant ceremonies with Ayahuasca and Wachuma. Juan was born and raised in Peru. He studied linguistics at PUCP (Pontifical Catholic University of Peru) specializing in Quechua. Juan has been living in the region of Madre de Dios for over 14 years and has extensive experience in working with local communities.
Novalis is located on 2,000 hectares of Brazil Nut Concession in the district Bajo Piedras of Madre de Dios region, close to the triple border of Peru, Brazil, and Bolivia. Surrounded by primary and secondary tropical rainforests in what is considered to be the biodiversity capital of the world.
