Location: Hancock Branch, 127 E Hancock Street, 2nd Floor Offices. Be advised, the meeting rooms in the Hancock Branch are on the second floor and are not accessible by elevator. Meeting rooms at the Mary Vinson Memorial Library are available for those who require elevator service.
Purpose: Provide limited private office space for the welfare of the community and its civic, cultural, and educational groups and organizations.
Eligible groups included:
--Civic Organizations
--Social clubs whose intent is educational
--Academic classes or study groups of
one or more people
--Professional and honorary groups or individuals
--Organized school or academic groups which have
a civic interest or goal
Reservation requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Reservations may be made up to one (1) month in advance. Reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
**The Office Spaces @ Hancock Branch provide a more private meeting space for smaller groups & individuals with the option to leave the door open or to close the door when in use.**
**Library staff reserve the right to enter the meeting space at any time.**
The Hancock Branch hosts afterschool programs for teens Monday thru Friday during the school year from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. During this time programming noise my be intrusive as the office spaces are not soundproof.
The individual person completing this request form is required to have a valid, non-delinquent PINES Library Card Account. This same individual is required to present their PINES Library Card for check-in the day of the reservation.

The Office Spaces @ Hancock Branch *allow* for one-on-one meetings so long as these meetings do not go against that which is prohibited according to the standard Meeting Room Policy or rules of the Library.
Office Space may be used by individuals for the purposes of study or work.
**Borrowers of the Office Space @ Hancock Branch do not have permission to list the Hancock Branch or other Twin Lakes Library location, physical/mailing address or phone number, as their own contact information for school, work, or otherwise. **
Incomplete Reservation Request Forms will be denied.
A library staff member will contact you to confirm your reservation. If you are not contacted within three (3) business days of submitting your reservation, please resubmit your form or call 478-452-0677.
