Thank you for your interest in joining the ALTA Online community. ALTA has limited sponsored books available and has to show donors that the funding they provide has had impact. We thus select partner schools who have both the resources to successfully implement ALTA Online and the will to give priority to literacy.

13. To qualify for sponsored ALTA Online books, ALTA Online must be scheduled into the school's time table for 4 hrs per week to ensure a literacy level is completed within an academic year. Please select the option that matches your school. *
14. For every timetabled period of ALTA Online there must be a minimum of one staff member present to help students navigate the programme and troubleshoot problems. ALTA will train all support staff as ALTA Online mentors after the ALTA Online timetable is approved.  Please provide this information for each proposed mentor: name, position and role at the school, how much time they can each devote to mentoring during school hours (specific times would be helpful), email address, and phone number.

15. Mentors need at least 3 days to get familiar with ALTA Online before their training. When will the school's timetable showing ALTA Online periods with the name of the staff member supervising and location be shared via email?  *
16. As ALTA Online will be added to the timetable, parents should be made aware of what it is and why it is being introduced. ALTA can assist with a virtual sensitization session or if an ALTA Online expert is available in your area, facilitate an in-person session. Please outline your plan to inform and engage parents.
