Welcome to Fall 2023 After School Activity and Extended Care Registration! We are excited to have partnered with some new vendors this semester for added enrichment in our After School Activities Program. Please check out our Fall Activity Descriptions for more details regarding the offered programs.
Please fill out the form below to register your child for After School Activities and/or Extended Care. If you have multiple children, you will need to fill out one form per child.
Invoices will be sent to you the week of August 18, 2023.
Payments will be due the week of August 28, 2023.
