Want to learn more about STEM through project based inquiry?
Join us for weekly hands-on Engineering projects! Each week starts with a project assignment and culminates in a Zoom meeting explaining the scientific principles behind the projects. No prior STEM experience or materials required to join! Just bring yourself and a willingness to learn; we will provide the rest. While the program is recommended for kids in third to seventh grade, we welcome anyone interested.
Due to COVID, the workshops will be all virtual. The meetings will be hosted on the North Wales Area Library's Zoom account with both student instructor and library staff present. The materials will be available for contactless pickup and drop-off at the library weekly, and they will be quarantined upon return as per the guidelines.
Questions about the program can be sent to Siddhi Date (Student instructor) at
sidmdate@gmail.com and/or Kate Mayberry (North Wales Area Library's Youth Services Department) at
