Moran Prairie PTG Grant Application
Please communicate your request to Principal, Kate Hellenthal, before submitting this grant application. All requests must have prior approval by Kate before the PTG can review.

The 2023-24 Grant Applications will be voted on at the following four PTG Executive Board Meetings:
  • October 5, 2023
  • December 7, 2023
  • February 1, 2024
  • April 11, 2024
Grant applications should be submitted at least one week before these meetings so the Board has time to review.

The goal of the Executive Board is to have a decision to the applicant within three days of the meeting. If for any reason a decision cannot be made, you will receive an email from the Member at Large with follow up questions and then a decision will be made.

Note: if for any reason you are unable to use awarded grant funds at/for Moran Prairie, all funds will be returned or reimbursed to the Moran Prairie PTG.
