VOLUNTEER OF THE MONTH AWARD
Volunteers are the backbone of our Clubs and our community. We would like to acknowledge the hard work of our volunteers through our Volunteer of the Month Award. The Volunteer of the Month award is for volunteers who have provided exceptional service for the betterment of families with multiples within their local area or nationally. The winners of this monthly award will go into the running for the Multiples NZ Volunteer of the Year Award, which will be announced at the Multiples NZ Volunteer Awards.
Nominations will be received anytime throughout the year and will be judged by the Multiples NZ Executive at the monthly meetings. All nominations received up to and including Tuesday, a week prior to an Executive meeting, will be considered for judging. Any nominations received after the Tuesday, a week prior to an Executive meeting, will be considered at the following Executive meeting.
A “volunteer” is defined as someone who does not derive a significant source of income from the role that they fulfill. They may receive honorarium or expenses in completing the role that they are nominated for. Nominees must be a financial member of a Multiples NZ affiliated club or Multiples NZ.
