Public health experts have suggested that we may need to continue our self-isolation efforts for as long as the next three months. Is a one-time $1,200 stimulus check enough to cover your expenses throughout the duration of the crisis? *
In solidarity with tenants who will not be able to meet their rent payments due to the crisis, a tenant council may organize a rent strike. Would you consider participating in a rent strike, withholding all rent payments to Kass Management on April 1, 2020, until impacted tenants have received sufficient crisis relief from the city or state? *
Do you understand that rent strikes are effective when they overwhelm a landlord's capacity to evict? *
