Baby Bear Birthday Form
Thank you for considering hosting your child's birthday party at Baby Bear! Please review the following details before submitting this form:
  • Parties are held on Saturdays only, and we will be closed to the public. We have an AM slot and a PM slot available each Saturday. Please call to check our calendar of availability so we can select a specific date and time that is best for you. We can schedule up to 6 months in advance. (480) 788-4243
  • The maximum number of children able to attend is capped at 20. Each one must fill out a waiver and wear socks in order to enter. 
  • Birthdays are only for ages turning 1-turning 6.
  • We cannot serve meals, (lunch or dinner) but we do accommodate snacks, drinks, and desserts.
  • No alcohol is allowed on the premises 
  • You may arrive up to 30 minutes early for personalized setup, and stay 15 minutes late for wrap up. We will take care of general set up and all clean up. 
Basic Event Package- $300
  • 2 hour private event
  • Includes tables, chairs, tablecloth, and paper goods (plates, forks, cups, napkins)
  • Personalized digital invitations
  • Handmade birthday crown
Premium Event Package- $500
  • 2.5 hour private event
  • Includes tables, chairs, tablecloth, and paper goods (plates, forks, cups, napkins)
  • Personalized digital invitations
  • Staff lead craft or special activity
  • Handmade birthday crown
  • A dozen helium balloons and choice of decor color or theme
  • Self serve Candy "Bar"
  • Take home party favors 
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your date and time. The remaining amount is due one week prior to your event.
