Coats for Kids

The East Moline/Silvis Rotary Club and AFSCME Group are partnering with the East Moline Early Learning Center to provide winter coats for our students!

Please use this form to request a winter coat for your child attending the East Moline Early Learning Center. Coats will be sent home with students. We will do our best to meet the needs of all families that request to participate.

If you have older children that are in need of a coat, please contact their home school to request one.
