KAEF serves as the only farm animal rescue on Kaua'i. These animals would be released into our native ecosystem or killed. We began KAEF to offer an alternative. These wonderful animals help us to serve our community by bridging the gaps with mental health, family units, education, stewardship, empathy, leadership, teamwork, and so much more! Our mission is for these animals to live a life of service that helps to create a better community by building up & empowering our people. As a volunteer-operated nonprofit organization, we rely on donations to help us continue to care for the 320+ animals and property KAEF currently utilized. Your support goes a long way! Please share KAEF with your family & friends or become involved!
