The purpose of this form is to receive requests to host or sponsor events, activities, or meal functions at the Biennial Session of the National Convocation. Please make sure that you review the menu options for breakfast, lunch or dinner in a separate document that can be provided upon request if you have not already received it (nationalconvocation@disciples.org).
