Overall, our main rule is, "First, do no harm." If you're accepted into the Forum, we will provide you with a detailed set of rules, but until then, can you commit to respectful, helpful, and supportive interactions on the Forum? * *

Our rules for the Telegram Support Chat are as follows: *
1. You will also be asked to write a brief intro to yourself when you arrive.    2. Please be aware of your triggers as much as possible. While we try, with the separate chats, to keep them as safe as possible for everyone, you are chatting with other survivors, and the topics may turn triggering for you     .3. Please support other members, when you can!     4. Please do not DM anyone without permission (You can ask in the public room). (You can always DM a mod, though)      5. People of all genders and sexual orientations are in these chat groups. Please be supportive and non judgemental     6. No frum bashing or OTD bashing.     7. These chats are a judgement free zone. Please be as supportive as possible when responding.      8. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE turn off your notifications when you need to!      9. These chat groups are not meant to be used when you are in crisis. If you find yourself in crisis, please contact your mental health professional.      10. Do not screenshot or share any posts from the chats. Anyone caught doing so will be immediately removed and permanently banned.      11. Do not declare any suicidal intentions in the group. This is not a crisis support group. If you are feeling actively suicidal, please text CTL at 741741 or reach out to your mental health professional. You may talk about suicidal ideation in general, if there is no actual intent to kill yourself.  12.  This chat is not the place to find your shidduch, a partner, a date, or a hook up.  Meeting up in person outside of a sanctioned JSF event is not permitted, unless you knew the person prior to membership in JSF/JSU.
