Please fill out this form to request a violation report for your child. Violation reports will be emailed or sent with your child
once a week on Friday afternoon. We must receive this request by 10:00 a.m. on Friday morning to be able to have the report ready for you that afternoon. Requests received after 10:00 a.m. on Friday will be emailed/sent the following Friday.
Complete este formulario para solicitar un informe de infracción para su hijo. Los informes de infracción se enviarán por correo electrónico o con su hijo una vez a la semana el viernes por la tarde. Debemos recibir esta solicitud antes de las 10:00 a. m. del viernes por la mañana para poder tener el informe listo para usted esa tarde. Las solicitudes recibidas después de las 10:00 a. m. del viernes se enviarán por correo electrónico el viernes siguiente.
