What will be taught in this course?
Take your flow analysis to the next level! In this hands-on workshop, we'll discuss critical, yet often overlooked, aspects of analysis such as sample cleanup, compensation, and data visualization. We'll then apply these concepts as we work together through a data set. Attendees are expected to bring their own computer, have a basic understanding of flow cytometry, and be familiar with core FlowJo Software operations (ex: loading fcs files, drawing gates).
When will it be held?
The workshop will be held on September 13 2:00 PM-4:30 PM. To prep for the course, we highly encourage attending the Intro to Data Analysis seminar (September 13 9:30 AM).
