By submitting this, I acknowledge, I irrevocably grant and assign to Osiris Media Corp (“Osiris”) and Osiris’s assigns, licensees, and successors any claims of authorship of and all rights in and to the lyrics I submitted to the contest (the “Lyrics”) to use in any way whatsoever. The permission herein granted and vested is perpetual, absolute and final and not subject to my approval at any stage. Osiris is not obligated to utilize or publish the Lyrics. Osiris is permitted, although not obligated, to include my name as a credit in connection with the Lyrics. I represent and warrant that I am the original author of the Lyrics, there is no copyrighted material in the Lyrics, and I can grant this Release. I expressly waive and agree not to make any claim of any nature whatsoever against anyone relating to the exercise of the release granted hereunder or assert any intellectual property rights that I have or may have in the Lyrics including, without limitation, any rights arising under the copyright laws of the United States or any other jurisdiction, and understand that I may not be compensated for use of the Lyrics for any reason whatsoever. I will, if requested, execute and acknowledge for Osiris any documents consistent herewith to effectuate Osiris’s rights hereunder. I have read and understood this agreement and I am over the age of 18. This Agreement expresses the complete understanding of the parties.
