Due to the recent tragedy at Delaware State University, the Second Chance Record Clearing Clinic and Employment Fair has been canceled for Monday April 29th, 2024. For those intending to go to the event for expungement or pardon services, please go to https://ods.delaware.gov/expungements/ and complete the ‘Second Chances Screening Form’.
