ELEMENTARY Summer Learning Program Registration 2022

This form is required to be registered for the Summer Learning Program.

The program will begin the week of June 13th, and it will be held from 9:00-12:00 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays through the week of July 25th. Lunch will be provided.

Transportation is available for students within their school boundary that live outside of the walking distance.

***A SEPARATE REGISTRATION FORM IS REQUIRED FOR EACH CHILD

Transportation can be provided in school boundary areas. In some circumstances, central pick-up points will be used, which means not all bus stops but a central spot for students to meet. *
