 On the day, please arrive 5 minutes before the session time.

 Please ensure your child brings their own bat and any protective gear required. If they do not have their own bat, please let us know as soon as possible.

 Water will be provided (please bring an empty bottle). Other drinks and light refreshments will be available for purchase.
 Please ensure your child is picked up promptly at the finish time and let us know in person, if someone else will be picking up your child.

 Due to the format of the sessions and limited slots available, there will be no refunds or make up sessions for any missed sessions.

 If you would like to wear a HPC T-shirt, we have them available to purchase at a discounted price of £10. Please email us to order, or you can purchase directly at the centre. We have two colour options: red/black or limited edition white/grey/red.

Health and Safety
 High Performance Cricket Limited (“HPC”) cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst attending a session. 
 It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure appropriate clothing is worn and/or available for their child for each session.
 HPC staff hold a current emergency aid certificate issued by an appropriate body.
 By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are providing consent for HPC staff to administer any and all necessary first aid to the player as required at any time. HPC are not liable for any injuries sustained during the sessions. For safety reasons, it is compulsory for all players to wear the appropriate protective cricket gear.

Privacy and Data Protection
 HPC may from time to time take photographs/film of any of HPC activity, the use of this data is solely for the purpose of promoting and publicising HPC activities through our literature, website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram). Parents/guardians that do not wish for their child to be photographed/filmed must make HPC aware of this at the time of booking or before the sessions start.
