SLS Application for Enrollment 2021-2022
Thank you for your interest in applying for enrollment at Springfield Lutheran School.  The application process at Springfield Lutheran School is as follows:

1.  Parents submit the application below.  Applications may be completed by family.
2.  Parents pay the nonrefundable $50 application fee (link at end of application).
3.  When applicable, SLS will request records from your child(ren)'s current school.
4.  SLS will confirm receipt of your application and give you information about your child(ren)'s application process within seven calendar days.
5.  The principal will notify families of the school's availability/decision.

You may complete this application form BY FAMILY, if you are applying for seats in multiple classes.  The SLS Application for Enrollment must be completed, signed, and application fee submitted before the application can be processed.  Priority will be given to siblings of current SLS students.  Seats will be given to applicants in the order that they are received and approved.  If you have any questions, contact the school office at (417) 883-5717 or sls@rlcmail.org.
