* Please Note: This is a modified session that adheres to Government of Alberta standards (link below) on gatherings & guidance for sport, physical activity and recreation. Mandated physical distancing in excess of 4.5m (15) feet from participants, with assigned stations are in effect. There will be no equipment used or shared. We please ask that participants respect physical distancing requirements and are welcome to wear, or bring your own mask for the session. Hand sanitizer is provided. Masks are not mandatory. Please bring a water bottle, and come dressed in appropriate attire. The mornings are still chilly!
