The Connections Program is made up of several pillars and was developed to offer extensive support and service coordination to school districts and families. Our goals are to prevent chronic absenteeism, better support families, enhance social skills, improve mental health and increase academic performances and graduation rates.
We provide services in the following areas: Truancy Support,

students ages 16-18y, Career services, Crisis Intervention, Health and Homeless services -

We will ONLY send unlawful notices to families referred for truancy after this date. We will NOT actively monitor his/her attendance. School will need to continue current interventions.
