Volunteer Documentation for PACT Scholarship
Individual scholarships will be awarded in the 2019-2020 school year. Winners will receive Phantom dollars that can be used while the student attends West De Pere Middle School. Phantom dollars can be used toward any school fees such as class fees, school supplies, field or class trips, lunch fees, dances, apparel or any activity fee during the school year.

Application forms and further information regarding the scholarship can be found on the West De Pere Middle School website.` The student application deadline is March 30, 2018. Students are eligible for one scholarship per year.
