Nothing detrimental to the community may be sold, exhibited, or demonstrated. There is no smoking in your tent or around patrons of the event. Downtown businesses and the Pendleton Business Association as well as the Town of Pendleton are not responsible for loss, damage, or security. Vendors must supply their own table, chairs, tents, etc. All rules and regulations set by the Pendleton Police Department, Pendleton Fire Department, and the Town of Pendleton will apply and be obeyed. Vendors are responsible for cleaning their area after the event. Set up will be from 5-8 pm on Thursday, May 6, or 7-8:30 am on Friday, May 7. Vehicles must be moved out of the area by 8:30 am. Security is provided Thursday and Friday night. Tear down will be immediately following the event on Saturday, May 8. All vehicles will need to be out of the streets by 7:30 pm on Saturday, May 8.
The event runs from 9-6 on Friday and 9-4 on Saturday. Vendor parking will be at the back of the Methodist Church lot, west of the Post Office. NO parking on State Street.

Once this form has been submitted, a completed copy will be sent to the email address provided for your records. Booth assignments will be sent out by May 1st.

If you have a tent it must be weighted down and secured each night. No stakes can be used to hold your tent. Gallon jugs with water, cement, or sand may be used. All weights must be secured to the tent.
