Welcome to the Liberty County 4-H Camp Registration Form! The Liberty County 4-H Program has elected to use this online registration form as a way to make the camp registration process more efficient. Please read through the following form carefully and be sure to review your answers before submitting. We look forward to seeing you soon! PLEASE NOTE: Official camp registration has ENDED.  However, we do have limited spots available.  You are welcome to use this form to register your child for camp but we can not guarantee any spots at this time. Cloverleaf Camp is FULL, but you can register for our wait list.  Wilderness Challenge is also full and there is NO waitlist for this camp.   When registering for a camp that isn't full, you must make a $75 deposit to secure your spot. When you do come in to make a payment, we only accept cash, check, or money orders at this time.

Early Dismissal from Camp Agreement

In an effort to have all parties involved with camp prepared in the case of a disciplinary event, illness, or exposure to a communicable illness, the parent or guardian will be responsible to pick their 4-H’er up if they are notified to do so. By clicking "I agree" on the registration form, you are confirming that in the event of an early camp dismissal, you will be responsible for providing transportation for your camper.

Refund Policy Agreement

Refunds for camp fees will only be given for the following reasons:

• There is a doctor’s note excusing the camper due to illness/injury
• There is a death in the immediate family
• Other extenuating circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis

In order to completely register your child/secure a camp spot, a $75 non-refundable deposit must be made in-person at the Liberty County Extension Office, located inside the historic courthouse in downtown Hinesville.  Our physical address is 100 North Main Street, Suite 1200, Hinesville, Ga 31313.  We are open from 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-5:00 daily. We accept cash, check, or money orders only.
