2022 Virtual Pin + Patch Show: Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in the 2022 Virtual Pin + Patch Show! This is an online event from July 17-30, 2022. If you would like to apply to be a vendor, please read all of the details below and submit this form by June 4th, 2022 at midnight EST.

All accepted virtual vendors will receive:
1 Dedicated tagged post on our Instagram account
1 Feature in our Instagram stories
1 Dedicated post on our Facebook main page
1 Dedicated post on our Facebook event page
1 Feature in our Facebook stories
1 Dedicated post on our Twitter account
1 Photo and Shop Link in the 2022 Vendor section on our official website

Vendor Fee:
To keep the show accessible for everyone, we will be using a pay-what-you-want model with a minimum amount of $29 CAD + HST.

Please note this is a juried show and submitting an application does not guarantee your acceptance. We typically receive far more applicants than the number of vendor spaces available. In order to be considered for this event, the following requirements MUST be met:

1) Each applicant MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 15 DIFFERENT ENAMEL PIN AND/OR PATCH DESIGNS FOR SALE at the time of their application. Any items that are planned for future release or currently in production cannot be included in this number. Additionally, multiple colour ways of the same design will only be counted as one design. (PLEASE NOTE: We check all the links you provide to make sure you meet this minimum).

2) All designs must be your original artwork and CANNOT infringe on anyone else's copyright and/or trademarks.

3) Each applicant must be at least 18 years of age.

It is not required, but we highly suggest offering an enticing promotion to effectively maximize your audience reach. A few examples are: 25% off your entire purchase, or BOGO (buy one get one). If accepted, you will need to provide 1 high resolution SQUARE PRODUCT PHOTO (minimum 1000px by 1000px in JPG or PNG format). We will be using this photo on our platforms, including our website.

The vendor fee is $29 + HST to help cover website costs and to support our team that is working hard behind the scenes! We also accept additional Pay What You Can (PWYC) donations.
