Welcome to Dancefestopia 2022!  We are looking forward to celebrating Dancefestopia's 10th anniversary!  It will be the best year yet and we look forward to seeing everyone in September!

Please answer each question below to be considered as an artisan vendor for DFT 2022.  After consideration, only accepted vendors will receive a vending contract via email. Due to the extremely high volume of requests, we cannot accept all vendors.  Once approved through email notification, we must receive payment in full via ACH/wire transfer, signed contract and COI within thirty days of approval in order to be guaranteed a vending spot.  If we do not receive all items within one month, your spot will go to the next approved vendor.  

***Items sold must be handmade/artisan.  No imports or manufactured items will be allowed to be sold under this vendor tier.  

Artisan vendor spaces will be located in a designated artisan area in the camp grounds.  Each vendor will have a 10' x 10' footprint.  Each accepted vendor will receive 2 vendor wristbands that include GA and camping access plus unlimited showers and 1 parking pass.  

Craft Vendor Price is $1,000 + $250 refundable deposit and includes a single, standard 110 electric plug. Additional electrical hook-ups are available for fee by request.
