Buyer's Premium: $25,000.00 Buyer's Premium added to the highest bid.

Deposit Amount: At the Fall of the Hammer, the credit card used to register your account will be charged the initial deposit or escrow amount of $2,500.00. The remaining balance of $22,500.00 is due within 3 days from the close of the auction; payable by cashier's check or bank wire

Broker Co-op: Up to 1.5% of the high bid may be paid to a properly registered broker/agent at settlement.

Closing: 30-day closing, As-Is, no contingencies.

Agency Disclosure: Dudley Auctions is acting as auctioneer/agent and is agent for the seller only.
