PRIVACY STATEMENT – GDPR
The Regional Volunteer Center values the protection and confidentiality of your personal data. Therefore, we comply with applicable data privacy legislation with regard to processing your personal data.

1. For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679), the Controller of your personal data is:

2. The personal data will be processed for the preparing the lists of participants for the Youth Station workshops by the Regional Volunteer Center pursuant to the GDPR regulation under Article 6. Additionally, the personal data will be processed by the Regional Volunteer Center, pursuant to the GDPR Article 6 (1) f for legitimate interests of the data controller regarding direct contact with the participants and facilitation of the effectiveness of cooperation.
3. We will retain your personal information for five years following your project end period to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
4. Recipients of Personal Data may be solely:
a. The entities authorized pursuant to the provisions of law including:
(1) National Agency European Solidarity Corps Programme  
b. The entities authorized pursuant to the agreements concluded by Regional Volunteer Center,  of the Controller or entities providing services for the Controller. Entities authorized pursuant to contracts concluded with  Regional Volunteer Center may be located in the country and abroad including (i.e. Sending Organisation).
5. Pursuant to GDPR (EU) 2016/679) you have every right to access to your data and their rectification, removal or limiting data processing, moving the data, or object to processing of the data. In order to use these rights, you are requested to contact with Controller by e-mail: wiktor.tutaj@centrumwolontariatu.eu.
6. Providing us with your personal data is voluntary, however your refusal to do so will prevent us from making provision for any services between you and Regional Volunteer Center.
7. Personal Data processed by the Controller are subjected to automated decision making, including profiling.
8. If you consider the processing of your personal data is not in compliance with the GDPR (EU) 2016/679) you have your right to make a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office:
