Right now, it's a Slack space with channels for discussing social media marketing, affiliate marketing, blogging, podcasting, speaking, and other ways of monetizing your name, image and likeness. It's a safe space where female student athletes can discuss mental health and fitness, self-care, allyship, ask questions,  and learn more about leveraging their name, image and likeness.
 
One of our greatest goals is to create an incredibly supportive and kind community of women that lift each other up, help each other and ultimately become allies and hopefully friends.
 
Women of College Sports was founded by sports media veterans Rachel Baribeau and Kristi Dosh. Rachel is a retired sports broadcaster who was the first female host on Sirius/XM College and a College Football Playoff insider. She's a Heisman voter and the founder of I'm Changing the Narrative. Kristi is a former practicing attorney who changed her career through social media and blogging to become ESPN's sports business reporter. She's written for Forbes and other major publications on the business of college sports for more than a decade.
